The size is 10' x 13', plus closets. This room shares the downstairs bathroom with only one person (room 2). We'd like you to feel that this your home. You'll have full house privileges, including large refrigerator, full-size washer & dryer, washing your car, use of storage area, etc. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space, plus your own cabinets for personal storage. Downstairs there is a living room with fireplace to watch TV, read, etc, and upstairs there is an expansive family room perfect for relaxing, watching TV, reading, ironing, etc. There are parking spaces available in the covered carport and there is plenty of safe parking directly in front of the house.
