This 12.57 acre parcel has 1/4 mile frontage on I-40 and on both sides of National Trails Hwy. It's located on the north side of I-40, half way between Pisgah & Argus, near Lavic Rd, right where National Trails crosses under I-40. This property is approximately 42 miles east of Barstow, just after the lava area & before you get to Ludlow. DIRECTIONS: Take I-40 east from Barstow all the way to the Hector Rd Exit.
